KENNETH OHENE-MANU

Kenneth is a Partner of the Firm and leads its Trade and Investment, Immigration, and Corporate Practice. He is a Ghana-qualified lawyer with extensive experience in regulatory advisory, cross-border investment matters, and corporate compliance. His practice focuses on Business Regulation, Trade and Investment Law, and the Technology Transfer Agreement (TTA) regulatory regime in Ghana, where he is recognised for his depth of technical knowledge and strategic insight into complex regulatory frameworks.

Kenneth has advised and worked with both governmental and corporate institutions in Ghana, including Guaranty Trust Bank (Ghana) Limited and the Ghana Investment Promotion Centre (GIPC). Through these roles, he has gained substantial exposure to institutional legal processes, investment structuring, and policy-driven advisory work. He has also served as a member of government delegations involved in negotiations of several Bilateral Investment Treaties, contributing legal and analytical support to international investment discussions. In addition, he has advised numerous companies and investors on market entry, regulatory compliance, and investment protection in Ghana.

Alongside his legal practice, Kenneth has contributed to legal education as a lecturer at the UPSA Law School, University of Professional Studies, Accra, where he has taught various law courses and supported the academic and professional development of future lawyers.

He holds a Bachelor of Laws (LL.B) degree from the Kwame Nkrumah University of Science and Technology (KNUST), Kumasi, and a Master of Laws (LL.M) in Alternative Dispute Resolution from the University of Ghana. He is admitted to practice law in Ghana.
