MUSTAPHA KOFI DJAN DJARE SARBENG

Mustapha is an Associate of A-Z Lawyers and Associates. He has over 28 years of banking experience in regulation, supervision, and resolution of banks, specialised deposit-taking, microfinance, rural banking, finance, and leasing business.

Mustapha was called to the Ghana Bar in June 2022 and thereafter did his pupillage at the Graphic Communications Group Limited, Accra. In addition to his legal background, Mustapha is a Chartered Accountant, qualifying in 2010 with the Institute of Chartered Accountants, Ghana (ICAG). He is also a Chartered Banker, qualifying in 2002 with the Chartered Institute of Bankers, Ghana (CIB Ghana).

Mustapha holds an LLM in Oil & Gas from the University of Ghana (2018), an M.A. in Sociology from the University of Ghana (2008), an LLB from the Ghana Institute of Management and Public Administration (GIMPA) (2014), and a B.A. in Economics & Sociology from the University of Ghana (1994).

In 2024, Mustapha joined A-Z Lawyers and Associates, bringing on board his extensive banking and finance experience.
